Cat Returns Home Bound in Duct Tape

Authorities are investigating a spate of cat tapings after the latest incident, when Nellie returned home in great distress, with her paws bound and her tail taped to her body. Area residents are advised to keep their guard up until the abuser is caught.

R.I.P. Pip: Kitten Found In Trash Bag Succumbs To Illness

Pip was the beautiful  injured kitten tied into a full bag of trash and discarded, then rescued when a woman getting her mail last Wednesday heard his cries. The BC SPCA made the sad announcement today that he died on Sunday.
