In a justice system outcome as shocking as Jason Wilmert’s depraved behavior, the Kern County, CA court accepted a misdemeanor plea on eating domestic animals, and dropped animal cruelty charges against the man witnessed skinning and decapitating a live cat in his backyard.

Sweet Burned Meshach Heals as the First Arrest is Made in the December Incident

Heath’s Rescue

FL Case Highlights Need for Passage of Domestic Violence Against Family Pets Protection Bill

A FL man terrorized his wife as he beat her three month old kitten to death earlier this month.  Sen. Mike Fasano, sponsor of the Little Horatio’s Law and Dexter’s Law animal protection bills says the case shows the need for the bills to pass into law.
