Outrage Follows Dumping of Cat & Kittens on ISPCA Doorstep
Three kittens and their mother were found in a box left at the gates of the ISPCA in Longford. Ironically, the timing of the dumped animals aligned with the ISPCA’s annual SpayAware week.
