Turning 15 is a pretty big deal, especially for a cat. To celebrate Luna Olavarria’s 15th birthday, she was feted with a lavish quinceañera thrown by her family.
Angel Olavarria and family wanted to show Luna how much they care for her, and they pulled out all the stops, according to PEOPLE. In addition to a custom-made pink gown, crown and matching pink decorations. Luna enjoyed several of her favorite dishes, tuna treats and a traditional tres leches cake.
“She was three weeks old when we found her on the side of the road and my parents took her in. We actually named her Luna because of my sister’s room design at the time when we brought her inside,” Angel Olavarria told Love Meow.
The cat coming of age celebration lasted three hours and was attended by 12 of Luna’s human friends.
