Normand Blais and Rose Murphey operate Tommy’s Feral Feline Friends – A NO-KILL Shelter for feral cats to help serve the population of feral and homeless cats of Lewiston, Maine and the surrounding area. They provide TNR spay and neuter and vaccination services, and give food and shelter to the cats.
