KING 5 Seattle, WA news did a short feature on Pamela Staeheli and her organization Feral Cat Assistance and Trapping and its work helping to manage and care for the feral and homeless cat population in the Seattle area.  Feral Cat Spay/Neuter Project does the majority of the spay/neuter for the cats Pam traps.

Feral Cat Assistance & Trapping (FCAT) is group of dedicated volunteers whose mission is: to control the population of feral cats through the use of TNR. FCAT traps, neuters and returns approximately 800 adult cats per year in King and Pierce County, Washington.  In addition to the 800 or so cats helped through TNR every year, the group rescued and rehomes about 200 kittens, some of whom here born to pregnant females who are spayed and returned to their territories.
