Dan is on the right track baby! He was born this way!

Dan was born with Radial Agenesis but it isn’t holding him back!

His caregivers at the Friends for Life no-kill shelter in Houston, TX celebrate Dan’s uniqueness, his abilities and his great personality, and their choice of music in the upbeat video with Dan below reflects that.

Dan has the typical bent legs found in RA kitties, but he is highly mobile, has no problem with the litterbox, and is happy and well-adapted to his condition.

Friends For Life writes at Facebook:

“Dan, a very special and sweet kitty, joined us at Friends for Life after being discarded by his previous owners. Many cats with a disability like Dan’s require a wheelchair to get around but Dan is incredibly well-adjusted and gets around great all on his own! He is extremely affectionate and loves nothing more than to lay purring in your lap after a long playing or petting session!”

Dan’s adoption listing is found here. It carries the special note, “Dan has a zest for life and determination to enjoy it to the fullest”
