Zeyna, the kitten, lost her front legs due to a dog attack.  A friend of Osman Kaplan reached out to see if he could take the 2-month-old into his home. Kaplan, who constructs cardboard structures to place around his hometown of Ankara, Turkey, for homeless animals, went the very next day to get her. Sadly, her injuries were so bad, she required amputation, but has a fighting spirit and continues to improve.

“After the operation, she looked at me in such a way that I told her: I will be your arms that you do not have and you will be my happiness so do not worry, to which she responded with a meow,” Kaplan told Anadolu Kedisi.

He noticed she was having challenges, so to help Zeyna, he built a special table for her food and water bowl, so she can now eat without falling.

Check out this video he posted on Facebook:

  1. I love nice people… I love cat people and I love men who don’t think they’re too “manly” to love cats.
