I wonder if this is typical of tabby cats. I have one–an adult version of this kitten–who chases his tail (in the bath tub, no less), catches it, and then chews on it for a while. I crack up every time. He’s not too happy about my laughing, though.

i have never seen a kitty turn down the tail to clean when i offer to hold it still for them…but this is the first time i have ever seen one nursing on its tail. this is so incredibly precious. thank you for sharing it.
