Packard may have had a rough start in life, but he has a heart of gold and it shows with each and every foster brought into the house. Acting as a social bridge, this special needs cat demonstrates how truly special he is by welcoming foster kittens into the home.
This phenomenal cat, who is deaf and brain-damaged, has been credited by Samantha, Packard’s guardian, with helping socialize 13 kittens and will surely help guide more on their paths to forever homes.
