If you’ve spent any length of time on social media lately, then you’ve probably seen the Pusheen cartoon cat. The overweight grey cat with uncannily short legs is adored by teens and adults, alike. Pusheen is portrayed in all sorts of poses, from drinking a soda to lifting weights to reading a book.
When writer Julien Therrien realized that his own grey cat, Jackie, resembles the cartoon Pusheen cat, he took it upon himself to recreate some of Pusheen’s more memorable poses. Therrien bought some props and with a bit of patience and skill, captured the below photos of Jackie.
I don’t know about you, but I think that these photos are cuter than the original cartoon!
