Rescued Chihuahua Adopts Motherless Kittens

The Grace Foundation of Northern California recently rescued 10 month old Chihuahua dog Harmony and her two puppies from possible euthanization at a shelter, then saved two motherless newborn kittens the next day. As soon as she heard the kittens meowing Harmony wanted to help, and she has accepted them as her own.

Harmony and her family of kittens and puppies were the center of attention at the “Stray-Z-Dayz” of Summer adoption day event at Lions Club Park in Folsom, CA yesterday. At 10 months old, Harmony is still practically a puppy but she is devoted to her duties as a Mama.

  1. They’re all so gorgeous… I’d love if they adopted two together each time… It’s as easy have two animals as one… and they’re great company for each other…
