In breaking news, Yogi Otto, the notorious Russian Blue of Furball Fables fame, has been accused of illegally using catnip to enhance his performance at the 2016 Summer Cat Games. While Otto emphatically denies, or rather diverts, questions about his use of the banned substance, there are many who take issue, certain the frisky feline has been sneaking into the forbidden herb.
