Your recommendations are all good, and are important measures, I agree. I was well aware that someone might comment on Shiro’s unneutered state.
This particular cat, who lives in japan, is very well monitored, I’m sure. He is the featured cat, along with a couple of others, in a successful blog, and successful series’ of photos and videos.
