A mama cat and her kittens were rescued from a house fire in Fort Lauderdale, FL last week, when firefighters removed them from the burning apartment building and gave them oxygen at the scene. Beyond Nine Cat Rescue is caring for them and will put them up for adoption.

We see footage from the scene of the fire, and Nicole Dupras, from Nine Lives, talks to a visiting news crew about the kittens.
