A team of dedicated Wildlife SOS rescue workers recently saved a panicked wild leopard from drowning in a deep well. A local farmer living in the Maharashtra state of India alerted authorities to the big cat’s plight. Forester Vitthal Thorat and locals gathered dried sticks and tied them together to create a platform that could be suspended from the top of the well using wires. In this video, the leopard is seen clinging to the platform, then making his life saving jump to safety.
