This super sweet momma cat and her litter were rescued from a high-kill shelter in Los Angeles. Multiply these five kittens times 200, and you have the number of high-risk felines saved each year by Kitten Rescue Los Angeles.
They don’t say away from injured kittens, like Bennie, who had a broken hip and pelvis, and Chance, who had been hit by a car. They depend on hard working volunteers and donations.
“Most of our rescued kitties live in volunteer foster homes, and more are always needed. There are also plenty of ways beyond fostering that you can get involved and make a difference in the life of homeless animals.”
