A cat who is an Instagram celebrity in Japan now has his very own line of shoes. Shoes for people, that is, but every design incorporates cats in some way.
Mash the cat has over 182,000 Instagram followers. He’s a cutie, with a squished face, and followers delight in photos of Mash enjoying his day, whether he’s lounging on the couch or playing with his toys.
Mash’s foray into the fashion world comes in the form of his line of women’s shoes. Partnering with Randa, a Japanese fashion brand, Mash has created a line of pumps with distinct feline influences. All of the pumps feature cat paws on their soles, and they are dyed in hues which match Mash’s coat. Unfortunately the line is being offered exclusively in Japan, so if you want to get your hands on a pair of Mash’s shoes, then you’ll need to find a proxy buyer in Japan who is willing to export the shoes to you.
