In Honor of the Royal Wedding – Cats in Hats

Dr. Seuss was onto something when he wrote The Cat in the Hat and it seems that Best Friends Animal Society is using that premise to advantage in drawing attention to some kitties seeking forever homes. As a nod to the Royal Wedding, they donned their chapeaus with aplomb and are ready to be adopted. Looks like they may be giving Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan a run for their crowns!
