Cats living at a Humane Society in Canada now have 10 new doll beds to call their own. And that makes life a little bit more comfy, as cats demonstrate how much cuter they look on those beds than any doll.
The cats at the Etobicoke Humane Society in Ontario had some perches, but nothing on the “cold, hard floor,” according to the post on their Facebook page.
To cozy things up a bit, IKEA donated 10 doll beds for the cats and made a $300 contribution to help out. “Our floors are easy to clean but not terribly comfortable to lay on. Now cats like Catsby and Frankie have beds of their own to curl up in,” the Humane Society posted.
It took some work assembling all those little beds. But the cats loved it, including a shy guy who prefers sleeping under the bed.
It’s no secret that Ikea’s Duktig doll beds are also popular among cat and dog lovers.
The company recently posted a picture of the double decker version of their Duktig Doll Bed – with a cat lying on the top bed and a pug doggie resting on the bottom one.
