Juravinski Hospital, located in the Hamilton County of Canada, is allowing a very different kind of visitor. The hospital is one of the few to allow cats and dogs to visit their sick or recovering owners. The effort is part of Paws for Healing, an organization designed to help owners benefit from the therapeutic properties of pet visits. So far, the hospital has allowed 25 visits to people in intensive care.
