Happy birthday to Jumbo Pillow and happy holidays to everyone. Jumbo turned one yesterday (Dec. 15), and suited up as a penguin to celebrate not only his birthday but also the holiday season as well. And no celebration is complete without scrumptious food; the main dish in this case is a stereotypical favorite of both cat and penguin. Yes, it’s a fish (specifically cod). The cod was unseasoned, and steamed for ~30 minutes. Jumbo gave us his chomp of approval as he devoured a generous portion of fish.
