Grumpy Cat, the cat famous for her perpetually displeased expression, is about to become famous. Or, at least more famous than she already is. Grumpy Cat will appear in the Cats Broadway musical.
The musical, by Andrew Lloyd Webber, traditionally showcases humans dressed as cats (in rather impressive costumes). Grumpy Cat will make history as the first real cat to join the all-human cast.
Unfortunately, there’s limited information about just what role Grumpy Cat will play in the show. Her debut will take place on September 30th. If you’re in New York City, you might want to pick up a ticket for the musical for your chance to see the one and only Grumpy Cat.
