An Iraq war vet and his kitty were reunited earlier this month; they had not seen one another since the May 22 tornado that destroyed a large portion of Joplin MO,  leaving many animals displaced and disoriented. Efforts to feed and care for the former pets and find their families continue.

Frosty was given to Justin upon his return from Iraq, and the two lived at the apartments at 20th and Conn before the tornado.  They were reunited on October 15 at the Joplin Humane Society.  Animal Control picked up Frosty and took him to the humane society; he was found four blocks from the site of his former home.

Here they are, together again.
