Cranberry is an old girl; in fact, she’s among the earliest members of her family. She became separated from her family due to the May 22 disaster when a tornado destroyed part of Joplin MO, leaving many pets lost, alone and disoriented.
Dedicated rescuers and residents continue to search for cats, feed them, trap them when possible, and network the lost and found listings to make these reunions possible.
Heather Walser Holley made a post saying, “I have an older female calico/tortiseshell cat that we trapped at 23 and Virginia/Penn. She has no teeth, so she is special needs kitty. Someone must have loved her. Hoping to find owners.”
Cranberry’s family was found, and after more than five months, she is back with them again.
So happy for Cranberry! Good job to those who helped find her family.
so happy about that, That kitty does not have too many more years, at least they will be happy ones in the midst of her loving family.
