Colony in Boca Raton need HELP

The Florida cat advocacy group Undercats4Life is helping to spread the word on an appeal to save the cats from a colony in Boca Raton who only have a week to be relocated with a new caretaker or otherwise rescued.

The cats’ current caretaker must leave and has tried to place the cats to no avail, does not want them to fall into the hands of Animal Control and cannot leave them where they are or, in their words, “they will die.”

The colony numbers about 20 cats, a few of whom are considered adoptable. Others would do best if they remain together.

If animal lovers do not find a way to remove the cats a company will come in and do it in a manner that seems ominous but is not specified.
