Tonight, and every night through the month of February, Büsi will take over Times Square, lapping up his bowl of milk on fifteen screens.  The brief video is but an excerpt of a much longer 96-hour installation, Untitled (Venice Work) with was presented in 1995 at the Venice Biennale, by creators Peter Fischli and David Weiss.  The shorter version was first commissioned by Creative Time for The 59th Minute project in 2001 and shown in Times Square on the NBC Astrovision screen.

The reboot is courtesy of a Times Square Alliance’s “Midnight Moment” series.  Every month a different video is presented, but for this month, you need only be in Times Square at 11:57pm to get your kitty fix.
