One lucky cat in Russia owes its life to the quick thinking of a team of firefighters. The cat was caught in a burning apartment in St. Petersburg, and firefighters found it unconscious inside.
The firefighters carried the cat outside and revived him using their own oxygen masks. Photos of the event have quickly garnered praise when shared on social media; pet lovers are thrilled with the firefighters’ actions and are calling them heroes.
The cat’s owner even commented on the photos to thank the firefighters for their efforts in saving her cat. She mentions that her three-year-old son loves the cat.
