It’s like Whac-A-Mole, only version 1.0. Things really got challenging when they put multiple doggie doors in the garage door and let the pack try to get in the garage.
Years ago I adopted a cat who’d apparently been abandoned at the elementary school across the road from my house. The crossing guard told me she’d been there for a week. I had a multi-cat household (still do) and was letting my cats out at the time. Well, Polly (she had six toes on each front foot, hence her name), as it turned out, hated cats. She’d sit at the cat door and wouldn’t let anyone go through. She finally mellowed out a bit after ten years or so!
You know, to be perfectly honest, I don’t think this cat is trying to push the dog out. I think he/she is just playing with the dog’s head and the dog finally gets sick of it and leaves.
