Miracle kitty Anakin, born without a pelvis or hind legs, was rescued by Carrie Hawks last year when he was a tiny kitten. Carrie brought the kitten home when she discovered him coming to eat at a feeding station. Once Anakin was big and strong enough, he joined the rest of Carrie’s cats and has the run of the house.
Carrie writes:
“Here’s Anakin & The Gang (Trixie, Pixie, Zoe & George) enjoying some Catnip and toys on our screened porch. Ani and the others LOVE Catnip! Also since I have had some requests, I included a little extra video of Anakin just walking around. Anakin’s tail AKA “The Feather Duster” was Extra Super Fluffy in this video thanks to that day being so humid.”
“Meet Anakin! Ani is a two legged cat, born without a pelvis or back legs but that doesn’t stop him. He is full of love & life! My family and I rescued Anakin and I am caring for him. My family and I are lifelong animal lovers and will give Ani the absolute best possible home, love and care.”
