Kris Lancaster caught it on video when a tornado’s funnel cloud loomed over his Washington, IL neighborhood on Sunday, then moved into his yard and hit his home, turning it to rubble.
With their home destroyed, Kris, his wife and their children are staying with family for a few days.
Kris revisited the pile of debris where his home stood with a news crew on Monday and checked the basement for the family’s missing cat, Titi (sp?). He was overcome with emotion when he discovered the cat
“I knew you’d come home, bud,” he said.
