We were overjoyed to see this update today on Angel, the cat found last year, crippled from multiple fractures and left in a carrier near a Toronto McDonalds. Angel is happy, has great mobility in her little cart, and has, remarkably, begun to move her hind legs, something vets said she would never do.

The entire video is touching and inspiring, but those seconds where she wiggles and moves those back legs are truly heartwarming.

“Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference. ” Winston Churchill

Angel the kitten was found in November 2012 at the Bathurst/Dundas McDonalds in Toronto, Canada with a broken body from severe abuse!

Her body may have been broken but her spirit was so strong that we had to step in and help when all others wanted to give up on her.

With the help of Special Ones Cat Rescue, K-9 Carts and thousands of supporters, Angel has been allowed to thrive and flourish! She is such a special lady;)

Angel may have started life in the hands of someone who wanted to break her but she has new friends, new wheels and is loved. She can even move her legs now when the doctors told us that was impossible!

I am sorry you were hurt sweet baby but proud to be apart of your new life.
People will see this video and realize that your spirit is free.
