  1. I am confused and upset. The whole animal world is trying to educate the public that there is no such thing as “teacup” dogs. It is in humane how the breeders come to getting them this size. Please educate yourself on this horror of breeding. Thank you.

  2. Very sweet. But the only reason this tiny dog is able to nurse is because she hasn’t been spayed. If she can’t be bred, then she needs to be spayed to stop possible mammary or uterine cancers or pyometra. This owner is very irresponsible — I don’t care how cute those kittens are.

  3. Very judgmental comment. The owner may not be irresponsible, she just may not know about pyometra or mammary tumors. Most people who are not part of the rescue community or folks who are new pet owners would never know this. Supportive education would be more useful than criticism.
