They were called in for help when Piper got stuck up a very tall tree.

Piper’s wonderin’ how come it’s taking so long to get down? Me, too, but you gotta thank the guy that went to all that trouble. Being safe and getting a decent shot of it all is a big priority, I suppose. Those Washingtonians were all over the guy thanking him to death.
