Tumbelina is a CH kitty who was rescued by Valley Cats, Inc. and given a second chance. Now she finally has her forever home.
Tumbelina was born with Cerebellar Hypolasia (CH), which, in her extreme case, means she is unable to walk on her own.
When Tumbelina was rescued from a high kill shelter by Valley Cats, Inc., they saw Tumbelina’s bright personality right away and wanted to give her the second chance she deserved.
Tumbelina did hydrotherapy to help with her muscles. She was even fitted for a four-wheeled cart so she could walk by herself.
Valley Cats dedicated themselves to finding the perfect forever home for Tumbelina.
The Pet Collective featured Tumbelina in a video (that we shared here in Tumbelina gets her wheels), and people from all over started asking about her.
Tumbelina has now found her forever home.
Her new mother saw the video and applied to adopt the special kitty. She lives in Georgia and was willing to drive cross-country to California to transport Tumbelina safely.
She has experience with CH kitties and has another special needs cat who never leaves her side.
Every cat deserves to be loved, and those with special needs or bad beginnings may need extra help to find their way to good homes and better lives.
Thanks to many caring people, Tumbelina got help and found the perfect home.
