Please cat-proof your Christmas tree and decorations if your kitty is inclined to mischief or likes to climb. The tree can be secured by guide wires attached to the wall or moldings that will prevent it from falling to the floor. If you use glass decorations, you can keep them on the higher branches so they do not present temptation for batting. Avoid tinsel. It’s a hazard for both cats and dogs.
