A Good Samaritan family is caring for the litter of kittens they rescued from a busy intersection.

Reddit user Tertio posted this photo over the weekend, showing the litter of kittens his wife and daughter rescued from an intersection, saying:

“These 4 little guys were dropped at a busy intersection this afternoon.

“My wife didn’t see the people who dropped them. She saw one in the middle of the road and stopped to take her. That’s when my daughter saw the other 3 on the side of the road. One was stuck under a lamp post. My girls did good. All the credit goes to them.

“My wife and daughter stopped and got them safely home. No idea how old they are but they seem pretty young still. They were able to eat cat food mixed with water. Drinking water was no problem either.”

The family will care for the kittens “Until they get stronger and we can find them a good home. It ll take the time it takes though. We re not putting them in a shelter.”
