Bev was found as a feral cat nine years ago and became the mascot of a restaurant on the Missouri River, in Sioux City, IA. She disappeared for months after last year’s flooding but returned home as life on the river returned to normal.
KTIV news visited Bev’s on the River in Sioux City for a little feature on feline in residence Bev, who lives in her own little shelter at the restaurant, located next to the Sioux City Marina. Bev disappeared last year when the Missouri flooded in June and the restaurant closed down temporarily, but returned looking healthy and well fed a couple of months later on the day after the restaurant reopened. The beautiful tortie is well known to visitors to the riverfront restaurant and everyone is glad to see her back in place at her waterfront home.
