The owners of this unfortunate dog probably think they are wonderful pet owners. They are ignorant to the fact that the dog feels isolated and suffers emotionally tied on a chain. It is very sad and I can hardly stand it. The only way to change this type of behavior is to educate people on how cruel this is.

Why in God’s name is this beautiful dog chained in the mud? He looks clean I have to admit, so does the cat, but Please, unchain him/her there has to be another way`!!!!!!!! PLEASE…………………..

The friendship between the dog and cat is wonderful and I appreciate seeing it, but I am not being ungrateful by saying that the dog should not be on a chain muchless in the mud hole he /she is in. If a person can’t have a nice place for their pets to run then they do not need to have them or keep them inside until you take them out to walk them. It is so sad the way animals are treated by some people. As for the one critiquing the negative posts, I like that you choose to believe that the dog is well taken care of if that helps you sleep at night, I wish I could believe that too, but I have ssen so many bad things and I know that the latter is not true in all cases.
