This is Murphy! He was part of a TnR colony near my mom's work. He was 6 months old when we brought him home. He was absolutely terrified of people but we decided to take him in anyways.

Cat lover and Reddit user caesareansalad posted this photo album that shows how a kitten from a feral colony has become a happy, welladjusted house cat.

Caesareansalad introduced the album saying: “2 years ago, we took in a feral kitten. We were told he would probably never be socialized. He’s doing just fine now.”

The captions tell the story.

Bowser still kind of hates him, but he hates everything so that's okay.

Finally sitting on the bed, not under it!

And here he is two years later! Aside from the notch in his ear, you would never know he was once in a feral colony.

No idea how he got a banana under the tree, but he’s proud of himself.

.

He absolutely loves forced cuddles.
