Through its barn cat program, the rescue/adoption/TNR organization Love Your Feral Felines, headquartered in Oceanside/Vista, California, just north of San Diego, provides a great service for feral cats in need of a home!

People with a barn, outbuilding or stable can provide the cats with a safe and comfortable place to live and in return the cats will keep the rodent population down, WIN WIN!

All barn cats are spayed/neutered and vaccinated before being relocated and Love Your Feral Felines have saved 50 feral cats in 2014 alone! … with many more barn cat applications pending! This is a really great way to save feral cats from being euthanized and allow them to live out their lives as working cats.

Chris Poole, petdad to cat video stars Cole and Marmalade, rode along with Christine Hubbard and Korrie Perez as 6 lucky cats traveled to begin a purrfect new life just in time for the new year!

Upon arrival at the horse ranch where they will reside, the cats are transferred to a well-designed and fitted out pen where they will stay for 3 to 4 weeks as they become acclimated to their new home.

You can keep up with Love Your Feral Felines at Facebook.
